- Begin production of "Specifications and Cost Analysis"
- Pricing subject to scope of work

- Determine Contract amount
- Sign "Project Work Order"
- (deposit due for Permit submittal)
- Step 8
- Plan review submittal
- (local Building Department)

- Work commences
